From the very start Adam was clear and honest about everything. Communication was great and was reassuring specially as I was travelling across the country. Keep me updated l. Went to view the car which with the bad weather he had stored in the unit so it stayed nice and snow free. (Small touches mattered.) Very great experience My first car in the UK The whole experience was great. Reviews are correct superb experience. Was late they accommodated. Adam and the team down at Pear Mill were very helpful. Saw the car on Saturday. Left to look over it by ourselves. Had a test drive. No pressure what so ever. Toyota Rav 4, very low mileage. Full service history. Very good condition. Picked it up Wednesday very happy. Would recommend them for anyone looking for a decent car and good service.

On arrival I was greeted by my name, by Adam.. I must say it was a nice personal touch. I was given the keys to have a look around the car I was wishing to purchase.. and told just to ket him know when I was ready to go for the test drive.. it was a very refreshing experience to not have someone breathing down your neck while browsing. Took car for the test drive.. the car was as described in the advertisement.. a beautiful drive.. and immaculately presented. There's was no pushy sales patter.. it was a very relaxed atmosphere, where it was upto you to make your decision about the car you were choosing to purchase.
