Having spent nearly 35 years involved with cars, bikes and motorsport, I would usually rather stick pins in myself than talk to a salesman. The car was exactly as described, the price was fair and Adam was extremely pleasant to deal with. There was no pressure and no attempt to load you up with extras, so I have no problem recommending them. Good outfit.

Totally hassle free. A couple of real gentlemen. No pressure selling like a lot of other dealerships. Car was exactly as described and very reasonably priced. I had looked at several before going to Ataris cars and none were anywhere near as good as the description. This was exactly what I was looking for and bought with no hesitation. Hi, Over the last 6 weeks during my car search I have dealt with dozens of second hand car dealers and whilst I don't want to tar them all with the same brush many have been.......Bare faced liars, arrogant, pushy, demonstrating poor customer service, "wheeler dealers" and simply professional. This is until I met Ataris Cars last week who were quite the opposite to their fellow dealers. These guys are taking a longer term business view by offering excellent service to ensure repeat business and spread of reputation in the market. I certainly found my dealings to be warm, professional and honest and would go back to them again.....

Bought an audi a8 just over three months ago found to have a bodged add blue system 600 pounds to have this repaired all the bushes on the front need replacing that will be another 1400 quid .has leaking fuel injectors seals and God knows what else would not touch this company with a barge pole all happy and smiley when your there then nothing when you have a complaint .paid over the odds for the car because I took his word it was good .had a good service history .must have been checked by stevie wonder .would have given no stars but the system won't let you .

Thanks for your review, I have personally looked into this matter for you. To summarize, you claim "bodged add blue pipe, leaking injectors, bushes - £600 plus £1,400". The first we heard of any issue was when you emailed us a £600 repair bill and blackmailed and threatened Adam with negative reviews if we did not pay immediately. When I investigated and asked for evidence of the additional items, you said "Your mate did the repairs because the garage was charging £1,400 and he did it for £200". When I asked you for the parts receipts, you refused to provide (and still haven`t). In the same way "your mate" did a £1,400 repair for £200, I advised you that we would have similarly completed a £600 repair for a fraction of the price because we have our own team to do these things. Unfortunately, you didnt allow us the opportunity to check/repair the car. You completed over 2,500 miles in your ownership and the car has not left you stranded. As we sell used cars, they do have occasionally have issues, we pride ourselves on our reviews, we always, always aim to fix an issue. If you send us bill and demand immediate payment, that is wholly unreasonable, particularly when "your mate" did a repair job because the garage in question were charging an extortionate amount. As a gesture of goodwill, I offered a goodwill payment of what it would have cost us and even offered to buy the car back from you. If you manage to get the additional parts invoices, or indeed if you want to bring the car back for us to check/repair, I am happy for you to do so. Regards Ryan.

Fantastic sales experience from start to finish. Adam was knowledgeable & professional. No pressure selling. The cars we viewed were presented to a high standard. Best part, ready to drive away on the day. Dave was great, well informed on vehicles whilst taking us on two test drives. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and will contact Adam as first choice if we need another car in the family.

A professional, no-nonsense service with no pressure to buy. I received a fair price for my old car and I'm very happy (so far) with the new one. There is a good choice of quality vehicles and I would not hesitate to deal with them again.
